Midnight Oil Drinks started with a simple question: what else can coffee become? What began as an experiment to create the perfect coffee liqueur evolved into a range of coffee-based drinks, including ready-to-drink Espresso Martinis, cold brew and coffee concentrates. It is a reflection of our approach to innovation: start with curiosity, collaborate with people who bring different expertise, learn through trial and error and create something unexpected.

From 'Bean to Bar', we source some of the world's most exceptional coffees and roast them in East London, we then expertly brew the coffee and blend it with premium ingredients. For sipping in the day or shaking at night, we have always been advocates for quality and flavour.
