Cold Brew Mojito

The Mojito is a classic Cuban cocktail known for its refreshing combination of flavours. Minty, citrus and sweet notes make it a perfect summer-time cocktail. We have, of course, given it our own little twist with the Midnight Oil coffee concentrate, for whenever you’re feeling bold or in need of a little kick to keep you going. 

Ingredients:

• 30 ml Midnight Oil coffee concentrate

• 50 ml white rum

• 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice 

• 2 tsp brown sugar

• Soda water (to top)

• Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

2. In the glass, add Midnight Oil coffee concentrate, white rum, lime juice and brown sugar. 

3. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the sugar is mostly dissolved.

4. Top the drink with soda water to fill the glass. 

5. Add fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma and garnish.
