Almond Russian

A twist on the classic White Russian, this creamy, nutty Almond Russian is really worth a try. Courtesy of cocktail creative Lisa-Laura Verhoest. 

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Midnight Oil coffee liqueur 

• 45 ml almond milk

• 15 ml East London Liquor Co. Vodka

• 5 ml Amaretto

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add Midnight Oil coffee liqueur, almond milk, vodka and amaretto. 

2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. 

3. Strain the mixture into a short glass with ice and garnish with cinnamon powder.
