Midnight Oil Irish Coffee

Oh, to sip on a classic Irish coffee on a cold winter day! Irish coffee is a classic hot coffee drink made with Irish whiskey, created by Joe Sheridan in the winter of 1943. This recipe uses Climpson & Son best-loved beans, the Baron, and Midnight Oil coffee liqueur, so you can enjoy this smooth classic made with quality ingredients. 

Ingredients:

• 25 ml Jamesons Whiskey

• 10 ml Midnight Oil coffee liqueur

• 150 ml Coffee Concentrate

• 2 Demerara sugar cubes

• 50 ml whipped cream 

Instructions:

1. Brew The Baron coffee using your choice of filter method.

2. In the mug, add coffee and sugar cubes, and stir to dissolve. 

3. Add Jamesons Whiskey and Midnight Oil coffee liqueur.

4. Top with silky whipped cream, slowly poured over a spoon. 

5. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg or orange peel.
